Cade's Story
Cade has been experiencing a serious seizure disorder since August 15, 2008. After many trials of medications, testing and evaluation, he had brain surgery on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Texas Childrens Hospital in Houston to remove much of his left temporal lobe. He underwent a second surgery on September 13, 2010 to remove most of the remaining portion of his left temporal lobe. We coveted your prayers and were so thankful, as we know so many were praying. The surgeries were not as successful as we had hoped, and Cade's journey with his epilepsy is far from over. Cade is scheduled for another surgery in late July to remove the remaining portion of the left temporal lobe. We appreciate so much your prayers and words of encouragement - more than you could ever know!! We will continue to update as we have new information.
